Our development team will take care of your request in a targeted and timely manner.
Please note a few things in your request that will make your support much easier:
- If you have purchased one of our products through one of our sales partners, please contact them.
- The exact description of the hardware it is about, best with indication of the serial number.
- Log files are important to us, but please attach them as separate files.

In case of a damaged product, please do not hesitate to contact our repair department. We will take care of your request and find a repair or replacement solution together with you.
For all returns we only accept products in their original condition. Repair and testing of desoldered modules is not possible. In general, returns of desoldered modules will not be accepted.
