HOW IT WORKS

  1. Use the form below or send us an email at rma@karo-electronics.de.
  2. After reviewing your request, you will receive an RMA number assigned to your return shipment.
  3. Please return your product in its original condition to our address.
  4. Once we receive it, our team will inspect the module and inform you about the next steps.
     
  • Tip: Pictures or log files help us identify the issue more quickly.
  • Please note that we can only accept products in their original condition.
  • Desoldered or modified modules cannot be tested. Therefore, complaints regarding desoldered modules cannot be accepted.
