Computer on Modules (CoMs)
Ka-Ro CoMs are extremely small computers. In contrast to normal computer boards which in most cases have to be connected via cables, Computer on Modules are connected to the baseboard via standard connectors. This ensures robust and reliable operation even in extreme industrial applications.

Starter-Kits
Our slogan is “Reduce to the maximum!“ All Ka-Ro Starter-Kits are development-oriented packages containing a Computer on Module, a BSP support package, and a baseboard. Ka-Ro Starter-Kits have been created to support your requirements regarding speedy prototyping and faster time to market. All Ka-Ro Starter-Kits include Ka-Ro installation support.

Board Support Package (BSP)
Having a dedicated BSP and dedicated software means a world of difference for your Computer on Module. Ka-Ro has its own in-house development for Linux and CE. Your advantage: No overhead in your application using drivers and workarounds that you do not need.

Availability
Ka-Ro products are employed in industrial environments and accordingly require long-term availability. Products announced in this catalogue have a minimum of 6 years’, in most cases 8 to 10 years’ long-term availability. Ka-Ro thus ensures technical compatibility throughout your product’s lifecycle.
